Of course I am the person who would give ZERO stars or negative stars.... But here we are with 1 UNDESERVED star. We visited this center initially at the end of May. My husband had a full screening and exam. An "abnormality" was noticed and the doctor immediately said it was likely cancerous and to return in a month for additional screening, at no cost. (Other than of office visit, which is understandable). Upon the return appointment we were told that any additional screenings would be $600+, at the minimum. Much like other people in these reviews mentioned, they thought it was "OK" charge since we have great to excellent insurance. Out of pocket our cost would be $200. It's appalling that a medical professional would toss out the word "cancer" so casually and ask for a much later return appointment, to do the same screening. AND at a higher cost than initially paid. This office is quick to toss out high costs, if insurance may cover any part. They are also irresponsible in advanced diagnosis with very little info. Not usually one to leave any sort of review, however the monetary driven scare they put into our family based on an insurance pay out...and continued insurance pay outs is reprehensible . NOTHING about this location, "doctor" & staff is family oriented. We literally ended up at America's Best for contacts, eye glasses and additional screenings. At some point the cost doesn't matter when it comes to cancer. It's just thoroughly disgusting to toss out the word cancer, prompt a return appointment....and then bill continuously....based on them knowing we have good insurance coverage. Avoid this vision center unless you are ready for unnecessary bills and excessive charges. Oh, if you don't have insurance and pay out of pocket, don't bother. They are looking to bill insurance. (no pun intended).

I recently moved to Colorado and did not know the area well, I was very lucky to have found such an awesome team of eye doctors. From the begging the staff was welcoming and treated me with the upmost respect. Beautiful facility and amazing doctors very knowledgeable and caring. I had an amazing experience here and I would recommend my loved ones down to any stranger to come here that’s how confident I am that they will not be disappointed.

I had a decent experience. I advised the people working there it had been 10+ years since I had my eyes checked so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was taken back to a room where I looked into these 2 binocular looking lenses. The girl told me she was going to measure something in my eye. All of a sudden a gust of air hit my eyes and i jumped back because i wasn't expecting it. The lady looked at me funny and i said was that supposed to happen? and she said yes we are measuring your eyes, or whatever it was she was measuring. and i said okay I just wasn't expecting that. Her response was "oh it says you've had an eye exam about 10 years ago i thought you would remember." i said no that was 10 years ago i don't remember anything about getting the exam. she said, "oh we had a lady in here the other day who hadn't had an eye exam in 20+ years and she remembered it all." So that wasn't great. The doctor was very nice and answered all my questions. It was very quick and painless. **I was contacted via voicemail and asked to remove the rest of my review of a conversation held between two of the front desk ladies shortly after this review was posted. Needless to say the conversation was not work friendly but they assured me they advised the staff to keep the conversations work appropriate going forward**

This office is great! The Dr’s take their time to explain your personal situation and the other staff members are very professional and friendly. Ashley did a great job with setting up my appointment and Kara did a great job with my initial consult!
