An angel in my life...

For 15 years I have had the blessing of having Margie Jones attend to all of my eyewear needs. She has an immense knowledge of current eyewear technology. Margie is masterful at choosing the 'perfect' frame. Health issues dictate the alignment of my glasses is critical for my well being. Margie is the only Optician who is able to fit and adjust my glasses. She has profound expertise and skill and extraordinary patience in ensuring my difficult adjustment is always what I need. Margie's care, kindness and compassion for me and my unique eyewear needs is beyond measure. I can never adequately thank her enough for her attentiveness to me.

One extra star rating for the ladies who helped me with their kindness and knowledge. Recently bought new glasses from this business, had to go back multiple times to fix problems. Some staff are kind and knowledgeable, some are not. Quality control and overall service quality is unacceptable for the amount of money and time spent. Will not revisit this store.

My mother purchased eye glasses from this location. The selection is nice but they have made far too many mistakes (that should have not happened in the first place). She has had to go back twice to fix the issue with the glasses. She is still not satisfied with the second visit and refuses to go back because she is frustrated with the lack of knowledge & neglect that some of the staff have shown. When she first got the glasses the lenses were not even measured to her pupils, the optometrist had to request the measurements to be done by the staff member during her second visit. I have never seen a location be so neglecting on regard to allowing customers to go home with a product that was not finished. Who let's ppl go home with a brand new glasses and forget to measure the alignment ?!? As I can see there are a more reviews expressing similar events as that they had to return multiple times to have their glasses fixed. I do not recommend this location at all!!!

I got my new glasses from Londonderry Eye Care, and it was great service. Maria Martin really knows her stuff. She makes sure you get the best glasses for the best price. I will be back next time I need new glasses.

Today, I had my first appointment at Londonderry Eye Care. The staff were very professional, prompt, and courteous. The front desk staff member politely asked for my preferred name. Dr. Mangat examined my eyes and took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of my vision difficulties. Sonia was very patient with me, and spent several hours helping me to find the right eye glasses and prescription sun glasses to match my gender. Dr. Mangat, Sonia, and all of the staff called me by my preferred name. I would highly recommend Londonderry Eye Care to others, everyone is professional and courteous, the selection is huge, there were sales and discounts applied.
