Anyone who thinks this place gives terrible service must be out of their mind! I have been coming here as a patient for just over a year now and the service has been absolutely exceptional. Every time i come here the staff is always welcoming and helpful with any questions asked. That doesn't only go for me, I have friends & family who go here as well who would all agree. Every person that I have referred to go here has not once been disappointed! As for the doctor, he is one of the best doctors I have seen! He goes above and beyond to help you because he very strongly cares for his patients, & their visual health and well being. If I ever had a problem or question he was absolutely sure to help me understand or resolve it. Basically you could tell that he didn't want a single person leaving unhappy & therefore I find that a very good quality for a business to have. VERY affordable prices, unlike other places that are just outrageous. They genuinely care about informing you on every single thing you are buying, even if its telling you that you are buying something that ins't worth your time. They seem VERY qualified for their jobs, and i felt very comfortable purchasing with them. They made every experience convenient for me! I would 100% would recommend coming here to anyone that hasn't as you definitely will not regret it!!!!!!!!

I have been taking my family to the eye wear place in Londonderry mall for 5 years. We have had problems in the past with eye wear, buying glasses, and the prescription being off or told prescription was not supposed to have changed but the glasses definitely have a different prescription. They have always fixed the problem though. I have had to take glasses back. Last month I took my daughter in for exam. Again the RX never was supposed to change he said she is exactly the same. Ever since I have been running back and forth from this office to where I bought the eyeglasses from. The doctor here, Dr. Chung said it as a product problem not RX. Because of this I needed to figure out who was wrong product at Walmart or Dr. Chung. I asked him at least 10 times on 3 separate occasions about if the RX changed or is it different from the glasses my daughter is wearing. The RX was not supposed to have changed I only wanted to buy an extra pair. in the last month he has faxed of 3 completely different prescriptions to walmart where I bought the glasses. The glasses I bought were supposed to be EXACTLY the same prescription as the ones my daughter is wearing. I just wanted extra glasses. NONE of the 3 prescriptions even match the prescription of the glasses she wears!!! So. All this time they have been making me run back and forth for over a month. And there are 4 different prescriptions !!!!!! No wonder the glasses don't work! Went to another doctor he re examined her wrote a prescription. Then we measured the prescription in the glasses and they both match!! Glasses now work. I can't believe after going to the eyewear place for so long this doctor would put me through that and not say he screwed up and sent in 3 prescriptions all of them wrong! Not only that but his unqualified staff writes out prescriptions and forges the signature. I have copies of all the prescriptions. I just needed 2 glasses with the same RX. 1 pair from 11 months ago and this new pair to be the same. Who am I supposed to trust? Why am I dealing with 4 RX?

He has been my eye doctor for about 3 years or so now. Hes thorough staff has always been great. They bill almost any insurance company. I only give them 4 stars because they send stuff out. So if you do go to get new glasses keep the old ones until yours come in. I dont think i'll be switching anytime soon.
