My wife and child had an appointment with Dr. Parker. The appointment was for 5pm. You'd think that keeping a young child waiting for an extended period of time would not be the best idea. At 6:15pm my wife and child walked out. We are never going back to this place. She offers the worst customer service. I get that appointments can run behind. However, it would be the decent to come and say how long it will be until they can get in. Nothing. Never again. 0 stars if I could. 1 star is too complimentary.

If I could choose a 0 star, I would have. Why? The receptionist. I am, admittedly, a jovial person and don't expect everyone be. However when I call, she is incredibly curt. Maybe she hates her job, maybe she feels I'm wasting her time. But each time I hang up from our "conversation", I try to brush it off telling myself not everyone is a people person (even if her job dictates some amount of personality). However my husband just got home from taking my girls there, saying he left. My daughter's appointment was for 4 pm. They arrived before 3:45. They say quietly in the waiting area where there were no other clients, and when may girls would talk, my husband said the receptionist would look at them, frowning. At 4:01 they had not been taken to a room, so my hubby asked when they would be seen. "Soon". You could hear a pin drop, because there was no one else there. So husband sat down. At 4:10 he asked again, but this time she sighed and said, "it's only been 10 minutes." Really? Are you assuming we have nothing else to do but sit your hot waiting room silently while there is clearly no one else there?? Tell me the dr is on lunch, tell me your re calibrating eqpt, but please, save your snotty, self-entitled attitude for someone else. I have only spoken to the dr one time and she was nice, but we won't be going back. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

The receptionist was less than friendly with myself and another customer who had come in with an issue with his glasses, but a good representation of the business as a whole, i went in with a fleck of metal in my eye which i have had previously and is easily resolved at other eye doctors and the optometrist wasn't there when i arrived (20 minutes after opening time). So i patiently waited with this pain in my eye. The doctor showed up and brought me in after they conplained together about another employee taking vacation time( p.s. i still have metal in my eye) she finally takes me back and wants to talk about the metal in my eye for another 3-5 minutes then proceeds to attempt to take the metal out which she was also not good at. If youre looking for an interesting experience go here if you want a better experience im sure the kids at a local daycare will do just as good if not a better job. :)
