I regret giving this company $600. I walked in without being greeted. I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes until someone lifted their head from the computer to help me. I seemed to be more of a bother than a customer. I was not helped at all in looking for my frames. I have a very strong prescription and was looking for the thinnest lenses possible, and I paid the price. When I received my glasses the lenses were very thick. I assumed they had put the wrong lenses in. After lots of research I found out that the larger the frame, the thicker the lenses. If I would have been helped in looking for my frames, maybe the sales associate could have explained this to me. I now have a pair of $600 glasses that I will not wear. I noticed almost immediately who the manager of the store was from her unnecessary behavior. She demeaned her staff while talking to them and had a very prude look on her face. A manager like this answers all my questions as to why the staff acted the way they did. I made a comment to the sales associate asking if that was their manager. She replied yes. I commented that she looked like she was very high on her horse. The sales associate agreed and said she can often come across this way. I will never buy glasses from this company again, and will never recommend them.

Had already been to 3 other optical stores to search for new specs. No luck. After reading the reviews on Optiks I thought why not. I was blown away by the store(SE Common). So much selection to choose from. It took me longer to narrow down my choices. The customer service was outstanding!!!! Susan C. was the lady helping me and she was very knowledgeable,friendly and was honest about the glasses that I tried on!!! I got the 2 for 1 deal and was extremely happy with everything. Can't wait to get my new specs!!! Thank you so much Susan C!!!!

Great selection of glasses for an even better price. Was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for $312, compared to only one pair at Lenscrafters for $700! No-brainer where I'll be going for all my glasses from now on. Samantha was super sweet and helpful as well.

I was in the area and was in the market for sun glasses. I went into optiks and started looking. Right away I was greeted with a lady and she let me know there was a 2 for 1 deal! So off I went to search for 2 pairs. I spent about 40 minutes back and forth from the different racks of sun glasses. And eventually a gentleman approached me to see if I needed anymore help. With his help I found both pairs! He was helpful with finding the best pair for me which is nice having a second opinion! Check out was nice and easy, they had a huge selection and lots of staff to help you if needed. I would definitely come back again!

Being my first time requiring glasses, I felt overwhelmed with the options and picking something I was going to love. As soon as I walked in, Charlene came to say hi, and let me know that though it was busy and she needed to greet everyone else as well, she gave me a quick rundown of the process and said she would be back. True to her word, and with perfect timing, she was back. And to top it off, she could see I was feeling overwhelmed and asked if there was a particular designer I wear often because perhaps they have a line of glasses. From start to finish, this whole experience was made extremely simple for me, and Iâ€™m happier with my selections than I ever thought I could be-Charlene went over and above!
