There is a saying “ONCE and DONE”. Sadly my experience with LensCrafters is expressed by that, totally. Initially I was helped by Heather, who provided great customer service. The frustration follows afterwards. I did not have a complicated prescription. It was very common ones as per Heather. So I was expecting the glass around 20th March or 21 st as the order was placed 16th March noon time. Hearing nothing from them till 22nd I called the store and they did not have any info. Called back 23rd surprisingly to get the info that they received only one glass and they are waiting for the other one. Told me to call back 27th and it should be ready by then. So, being positive I called on 27th evening and this time again same answer, they’re still waiting for the other lens. Somehow talked with a person from the lab and was informed that they don’t receive any shipment on Tuesdays . So it should be Wednesday, which was 28th. This time I gave them time and didn’t call on 28th. I was expecting call from them as 12 days is a long period of time for a simple pair of glasses. NO LUCK. Called back on Thursday the 29th and got the same reply, whereas the lens was expedited shipped. At this point I don’t know what to expect and what to do. I was not in a mood to talk over phone and went in store. Same reply and same situation. Started to think about the efficiency of the lab where the anti reflective coating is put on. For one single lens they are taking that much time!!! This time I was told to expect the glasses on 2nd April. EXPECT, not CONFIRMED. At least they didn’t tell me to come on 1st. Whatever. I just lost it and had to cancel my order. This does not end here. It was through my insurance. So they will have to fax it to the insurance company and I will have to wait couple of business days to get it refunded. They already wasted my 2 weeks and didn’t even bother to make a courtesy call to update me of the status. This is not my first glass. I usually get my glasses from another shop (not gonna name them, people might think I’m advertising them) and same glasses with same feature last time they gave me writhing 2 days. Literally 2 days. Guess I should have gone to my regular store at the beginning and saved the hassle.

My mom and I are always treated well when we come here. Our glasses were ready quickly (mine were ready within 2 hours) and staff is always friendly and helpful. Good location and service

Service and selection ok. However store hours on window do not match their actual hours. This is true for sunday for sure. Wasted an hour of my time.

I was extremely impressed with the remarquable customer service that was given to me by Mrs. Heather. She took the time to help me out and made sure that I was entirely satisfied with my purchase, even though the store closed at 9 pm and I was there until the door were closed. She refused to let me leave until I had everything that I needed. Amazing customer service!
