The Only Place I Have Ever Gone for Optometry Needs

I have become patient and customer of the Icon Vision Care (Londonderry) location for several reasons. Not only does the practice offer a wide array in frame selection, they are very professional, efficient, and definitely give amazing customer service. They always greet you with a warm greeting and smiling faces and really do make you feel you are being cared for with your best interest at heart. Cristina and Danielle helped me to find my first perfect pair of glasses! I have both reading and distance corrections that work without any effort on my part! Dr. Chong is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very kind and accommodating. He is someone you can easy talk to and get great care from. During my last visit, he proved to be loving and genuine person and went beyond his job description to help me. I cannot describe how grateful I am for him. Thank you very much Dr. Chong. It is the small gestures that are often most appreciated! I will keep recommending you to anyone who is looking for an optometrist and wants to be treated with the utmost care and top-notch skills.

Awe Inspiring Service and Support

I found the Icon experience to be one of the best in a lifetime of glasses purchasing. They gave great advice on frames, follow up on fitting and clarity on options for my new look glasses as well as speedy support for upgrading and adjustment of my existing solutions. Everything I could have asked for and some I didn't know I needed. Kudos to the entire team!!

This place has won my service for a very long time. All of the staff seem very highly qualified for their jobs as they inform you of everything you need to know when purchasing glasses. Very helpful in giving opinions and suggestions as they will not let you leave in something that doesn’t look/fit good! Not only that, but Dr. Chong is exceptional! All in all, this is a very warm accepting office and I will be going here for many years to come. Would highly suggest them to anyone looking for quality service!

Well where do I start? I can honestly say having owned prescription glasses for decades, that my experience with Icon was head and shoulders above the rest. From the front desk staff, to my doctor appointment, everything was just so smooth, and everyone went out of their way to help me and answer all my questions. Oh, and my glasses fit perfectly too! It goes without saying that I HIGHLY recommend this place for anybody who is in search of great products, and even better customer service! 5 huge stars from me!

The service is amazing, aside from being able to take me in right away the staff were able to help me find a pair of glasses my eye exam was good and finally they told me my glasses were be ready 7-14 days and they actually had the done within 2 days after my appointment and honestly I would never have expected them to have everything ready a done in such a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.
