You are treated very well from the front reception staff as soon as you walk in the door ...they’re so welcoming and friendly. The eye doctor’s are fantastic they take the time to explain everything to you and are fantastic with kids! They get you in quick if you have any concerns/eye problems... I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Fantastic team and great customer service.

My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Constantine for 3 years. This year is the first year my son requires glasses, and through the I see I learn program, he was suited with a FREE pair of glasses. She has taken special care of myself and my kids, especially my son who is being watched carefully by Dr Constantine and Dr Damji (Glaucoma specialist). She always has given great attention to all my questions and she is very friendly to deal with. I highly recommend FYI Doctors and Dr Constantine.

Not exactly sure why reviewers had such an issue. Seems to me whatever the case, it has turned around at this store. The front end staff were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me out as this was the first pair of glasses i had ever needed and i had no knowledge of the process. The Doctor who examined me was great. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the appointment (which started a few minutes earlier than booked) and explained everything that was happening as we went along. Overall, 5 stars for this location and would highly recommend to anyone in need of any type of eye/eyewear care.

Glasses were fine, but such poor aftercare service. How can they adjust glasses without touching you, looking behind your ears or warming the glasses to make real adjustments? After three attempts in eight days I went to a competitor where I receved a friendly, effective adjustment for free even though I spent no money there. They even took a minute to clean my lenses for me. Nice!

I will be sending all of my friends and family to fyi doctors. There doctors are great and staff is very knowledgeable. And they were very patient with my 4 year old son!
