I was extremely picky but Natasha spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect pair. She wanted to make sure they not only fit me properly but also that my frames expressed my personality. Natasha was kind and bubbly and made me feel very comfortable, she was also very knowledgeable and made sure to explain to me/show me how my glasses should fit. Heather also assisted myself and the rest of my family. She did the adjustments on our glasses and was extremely patient with my mothers excessive questions 😂🙄 Overall a very welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for all your help guys !

I called in ahead of time to come in for a drop in appointment and by the time I arrived I was told they me they were done taking drop ins at that time. Complete waste of my time, and not worth my time or money in the future.

I've always had a good experience at West Edmonton Eye Care. Good staff, friendly, informative and efficient. Thanks to a good team!

Very disappointed! Now I guess I know why you don't want to go to lens crafters for your eyewear. I was helped by a girl who was in such a rush to make the sale or very back to something else. They start by grabbing away your prescription! I guess in case you want to run. The biggest turn off is when you find one pair that you like, the first pair I touched, she starts to process it like a sale. Hmmmm, mind if I try others?

I made an appointment online for 9am.The day before, I received a call to change it to 11. 10 minutes later I get a call back that 9 is actually ok. 10 minutes after that I get a call that it is at 11 afterall. I was then told that I would get $20 off my eye exam. That would have been fine, annoying but fine. I go in for my 11am appointment and I don't see the doctor until 11:45. Everyone is appologetic and I'm told I'll get $20 off for the inconvenience. To top it off, no one told me to bring my existing glasses so I had to walk to minutes back to my truck to get them. Finish my eye exam and I go to the front desk and am told by a different person than when I checked in that everything has already been charged to my insurance. Did I get $20 off? $40 off? No idea since apparently it is not common practice to give receipts here. All I can say is that $100 was taken off my insurance from the eye exam. Not sure if that is a standard or discount price since the prices are not listed anywhere. Not impressed with this place and the chance of my return is extremely unlikely.
