Olga Anokina is a fantastic eye doctor and a very kind and fair person. She always goes above and beyond, taking the utmost care to do the very best for her patients. I happily refer her to my friends👍

They double book ,takes up to a month to get an appt and then make you wait She took the other person in for her check up as I was standing there. I asked how long a wait was told 15 -20 min I left to go to tire shop came back in 15 min asked if she was ready for me ,no one was in her exam room, receptionist went in to ask her and she refused to take me but came out and took the next person waiting instead . I am from out if town so I do not come to GP that often and found it very hard to get a scheduled appt there without waiting around for a hour. SHE ALSO WORKS AT SUPERSTORE I have been going to Costco for many years for eye appts and never had trouble until she started there. The other optometrist s were excellent. Besides if she only takes 15 min for a eye exam I DON'T WANT HER I complained to COSTCO manager and I see by reviews here this is a common problem with her.. I AM GOING ELSEWHERE so I can get a decent exam I do not trust her to do one.. very poor service by Olga and her crew.. she can try to blame someone else but SHE IS THE PROBLEM She claims to have been the lead "doctor" there for 9 years.. funny I have been going to GP Costco Eye exams since 2001 and have never seen her as a "lead Doctor.. " I WAS NOT LATE, and nothing was said about the other person being a "emergency" and her BS about me "yelling" at her staff is her way of covering her butt.. I left for 15 minutes and came back and VOICED MY OPINION OF HER POOR SERVICE.. when a staff member went to ask her if she was ready for me.. and she said she would not see me.. all I can say is.. thank goodness I never had a" so called 15 min eye exam" from her.. would have been a waste of my medical..Any eye exam I have had with Costco lasted almost 30 min.. because I also wear gas perm contacts.. so I am checked with glasses and with contacts.. and as per the other reviews about her an the service.. I think it says it all..

I will never ever go here again!!! And I’ll be sure to let everyone I know not to deal with this place again!!! My appointment was at 12:20 I got there at 12 waited in line for 20 minutes and they turned me down because I was late are you kidding me!!! I was there for 12 and waited for them to call me but they couldn’t see me because allegedly I was late But I wasn’t!!! ! You all aren’t great at communicating! I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to go here ever again!!!what a Waste of time!!! You are all helpless!! Never ever bat an eye at this eye place ever again! And by the way you don’t tell what name to use in my life give your head a shake!!! and for one I checked in and sign in when It was my turn in line!!!!! I would not definitely cut in line and disrespect the other ppl that need to be looked at! And by the way no one did not call my name! I was here for 12 and waited in line to sign The damn paper! By the time It was my turn yes it was 12 37!!!!! So if you think you are Right you are absolutely wrong! Maybe when you call us to remind us about our appointment you should say in these exact words “Don’t be late or we will cancel your appointment even if you stand in line for 20 minutes we will still cancel your eye appointment” especially to new patients! There ya go get some Communication in that place or you will not get a five golden star lol!!! High five keep up the great work!

No issue directly with the optometrist but finding the service at Costco eye center really going downhill in the last year. Have to book 2-3 weeks out now and the previous doctors would give a trial pair of contacts to get you through if it was a long wait / emergency (my prescription hasn’t changed in years). Now they refuse because my 1 year prescription just ended and no concern over leaving me without any vision for 2 weeks waiting for an appointment (plus another 1-2 weeks while they bring them in). Cancelled all our services with them for my wife and I and going elsewhere from now on.
