Finally I have found Dr. Morrison, who has changed the way I see the world - literally! She is efficient and decidedly proactive in finding a solution and managing my vision care! Highly recommend her! The staff are pretty great too!

I have had the pleasure of bringing my son in to see Dr. Tamber, the office staff was so friendly and accommodating to my little guy, they played with him and made him feel comfortable. The doctor was great with my son, and answered all my questions. We left with a much better knowledge of how all the different lenses will assist my son in strengthening his vision and eyes. Highly recommend Innisfail Eye Care for everyone's vision needs! My son absolutely loves his new glasses!

They care more about money than people. This place is utterly abysmal. A relative of mine purchased eyeglasses here. They wanted a smaller, more square style, but the salespeople told them that those were obsolete, and talked them into buying a very expensive, larger, round style instead. My relative got the eyeglasses and found they were ill fitting. After a few weeks we'd had enough and brought them back for a full refund. When asking to speak to whoever was in charge, we were firm, yet calm, and didn't raise our voices or use bad language. The receptionist behaved towards us in a despicable and demeaning manner, calling my relative, who's a good 30 years older than her, "Miss!" Later, she was argumentative about issuing the refund. I have no idea why someone with no people skills whatsoever is working a receptionist job there. At least the eye doctor was cool and agreed to authorize a full refund. Later, my relative was issued an email saying they were no longer welcome there, though it was no great loss, of course. We also discovered they had been charged for all sorts of fancy and unnecessary additions, such as Crizal lenses, that they hadn't asked for. We headed to another optician and were treated like royalty there. Also, they had the exact type of eyeglasses my relative wanted - by the 100s, no less! It is not right that just because this is the only optician in this town, that they take advantage of people! Avoid this place at all costs. Being blind would be preferential than having to deal with all the nonsense here!

Best service I've ever received! Shae Morrison is the ultimate optometrist! I could not be happier with the service, and I will be back!
