Such amazing service! All smiles and total willingness to help! I appreciated the honesty, sincerity and professionalism the ladies had in helping me pick frames! Dr. Pitcher was so informative and took the time to explain and suggest what was needed! Big thanks to Susan, Tanya and Tracy and Dr. Pitcher!

We gave them a five star as there is nothing above that. The experience my wife had was amazing, the staff was friendly and responded quickly to questions. Dr. Pitcher was extremely patient and answered all my wife's questions and went far above by offering extra services, at no charge, to ensure she was getting the right prescription. The ladies in the sales area were very knowledgeable and helped pick out the best glasses for her. It was a very enjoyable experience.

My visit was the best experience I've ever had, in any industry. The staff are so welcoming, supportive and understanding. Truly outstanding.
