The staff at Dr. Sian’s office are extremely friendly and professional. We were visiting from out of town and had a contact lens emergency, and the receptionist was accommodating and helpful.

I'm on disability and am diabetic, I called this office to make an appointment for my eye exam and asked if I would be charged. The receptionist told me I would have to pay 64.00 for my portion cause the Ministry only pays partial. I knew this to be false so I contacted another Optometry office and they contacted the Ministry and confirmed that I am covered under the Ministry. This was just a matter of following the protocol for Ministry patients and I guess the receptionist couldn't or wouldn't make the time to follow it. I guess they don't need my business.

Dr. Sian and his staff were fantastic to work with. It was my daughters first eye exam and they made her feel very comfortable. Dr. Sian made it a very enjoyable experience for her and she even got to pick something out of the treasure chest at the end of her appointment. It was around Easter so they even invited the Easter bunny from High street to come take a picture with my girls. We couldn't be any happier with their service.

Dr. Sian is the best. I saw him in Coquitlam and was very pleased to see that he was now closer to home.

Dr.Sian is very respectful knowledgeable and relatable to all clients. Always a great experience from him and the entire team. If your looking for an optometrist then you found him! Post care since my laser eye surgery has been great as well.
