Candace helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses, and she had such friendly and welcoming service. She really went over and beyond wha it expected my experience to be like, which assured me I came to the right place. Everyone was friendly and let me take as much time as I needed to pick my glasses. I would definitely recommend!

I use Image Optometry every year for eye exam. Staff very helpful and honest. Got a free pair of single vision glasses for computer and the doctor took his time to make sure i could use them for my laptop and also that i would be able to read documents on my desk. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I have had my eyes examined at Image Optical and have purchased both eyeglasses and contact lenses there. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and variety of eyeglass frames and received “trial” contact lenses to determine best type for me. The service provided for all of the above was very good and I don’t have any reservations about recommending Image Optical.

The experience we had at Image optometry was wonderful! Candace helped my daughter find the glasses she wanted and was friendly and proffesional. I will be taking my family there for all their eyewear needs thank you !

The man who tested my eyes and wrote my prescription gets 5 stars from me. He worked quickly and thoroughly while giving clear instructions on what he wanted me to do. I was also having my eyes tested for effects from diabetes on referral from my endocrinologist. However, the sales ladies for frames and lens get a one star from me. I told the first lady that I loved my 5 year old frames and asked if they could be used again (I had recently mishaped them by sitting on them). She glanced at the frames and told me they had to be replaced. I asked her for her opinion on why they had to be replaced. She glanced again and said "the screws are loose!" We started to look at frames and after trying on one pair I said I would have to bring my wife to select frames because I could not clearly see myself in a mirror. When I attempted to get an idea of what it would cost me to get 2 pairs of progressive lens with coatings (one with transition lens) she rattled off some numbers which I attempted to write down as I asked clarifying questions but it became clear that since she knew I was not going to buy on this trip, she wanted to end our conversation quickly. I did manage to find a good optician in Walnut Grove who straightened out my old frames, tightened the screws and replaced my nose for free - even before he knew I was a buyer. He got my $997 in business (2 sets of lens with coatings, one transition coating and one new pair of Titanium Oakley frames.)
