Poor service by the assistant manager,Cindy. She missed details on the 40% sale that the discount was on the second pair, not all pairs of glasses when we discuss on our first meeting. Told her I would be back in 2 days which I was. She didn’t even recall us speaking when I tried to give her my business. She then tried to sell me this promotion and I say to her that she didn’t say the promotion was on the a second pair. She said she would never make a mistake like that and could not even be even slightly bothered that she could have made a mistake. I admit I did not read the sign since she told me about it on our first meeting. However she said she doesn’t remember but would never say that. Then she said that she was sorry I felt that way. So very RUDE!

Before purchasing my child's glasses the employee told me that the price of the glasses included a one year protection plan. Sounded good. The employee then asked me if I had insurance coverage for eye wear so that they could submit the charge electronically to my insurance carrier and I wouldn't have to be out of pocket. Great! I gave them the necessary details and they put the charge through directly. Big mistake. I guess they figured since they were billing my insurance company directly they could slide a few extra charges through without me noticing. When I looked at the print-out they gave me afterwards I noticed a charge for $34.99 for the one year protection plan that was supposed to be "included" with the price of the glasses. Oh, and they also went ahead and charged $1.29 for a "One Sight Donation", apparently a charitable donation they assumed my insurance company wouldn't mind paying. Won't ever be back. Ever.

We got a 40% off coupon after buying a pair of glasses. However this isn't a deal, it is actually 20$ MORE expensive to use the 40% off than it is to get the "package price" that the glasses cost originally... What a joke. 1 star until I get 40% off the packaged price like I was promised. What a scam.

Came here to get my eye exam. All the employees were super friendly especially the optometrist Evelynn Lo. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an eye exam!
