Clean, quiet, and state of the art equipment. They helped me find glasses on a budget. Always a pleasure to talk to the people here.

Dr. Ann-Marie Stewart is so great with my kids. We always have a great experience every time we go.

For me FYI was once a great place . Since the change over to a new Dr. I have to disagree. My eye assessment was not thorough, the Dr. made remarks about my vision like it was a joke to him , he talked about how he was the only eye guy in his former city and blah blah blah . I've never walked away from an eye appointment feeling more insulted. In what world do reception just book you an appointment without consulting with you first. I'm done with FYI

Dr. Ann-Marie Stewart is the best optometrist I have ever been to. She diagnosed me with narrow angles, which can apparently lead to acute glaucoma and blindness if left untreated. I had never heard of this condition and had been to several other optometrists in the past few years who never mentioned it. I had experienced occasional stabbing pains in my right eye for several years (which may not necessarily be a symptom of narrow angles) and no one had even indicated that this might be a possibility. I had a relatively routine procedure done by an ophthalmologist within a few weeks of Dr. Stewart's diagnosis and now everything is fine. She really saved my sight! Thank you, Dr. Stewart! I also want to send kudos to Marie who helped me pick out and fitted my new glasses. Marie took a lot of time and care to find me frames that really suit me (even when I wasn't so sure) and made sure that they were fitted correctly. I've since had many compliments on my choice!
