Excellent, excellent, excellent! I had been a client for 10+ years, had many eye exams, bought contacts, etc. Every single time has been a pleasant experience. The people are nice and friendly, and they go above and beyond to help you. I would highly recommend this FYIdoctors office to any family, or individuals looking for an eye doctor.

Went in to see if the could replace a missing nose pad on my glasses and they did for no charge! It only took them a minute and they were super friendly. I also go here to get my eyes tested and would highly recommend Dr. Snow.

Great service in all parts of the clinic, from intake all the way to dispensing. Pre-testing team is awesome, very friendly! Would recommend to folks who want to feel safe, welcome, and cared about (and who love good glasses 🤓

I chose FYI doctors for proximity to where I live and the great reviews it has on google. While the service for eye exam was very professional and friendly, the service for purchasing a prescription eyeglass and perhaps an additional pair of prescription sunglasses was unfortunately sorely lacking. No constructive help was offered to help with choosing a suitable frame for my face. Instead of requesting another person I left with the excuse that I will check with my insurance company about coverage. While this location was desirable due to proximity I will have to look for another place as I have no desire to go through with this level of service again.

Excellent optometrists and office. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We went to FYI in Nanaimo for years and were very happy with their service. We moved to Victoria several years ago. The transition to FYI on Shelbourne was seamless. Highly recommended!
