My eye exam was the most thorough ever, and the staff ,who helped me choose glasses, were very helpful and patient. I was lucky to get my progressives in July so got the second lens free. I was able to get one pair of interesting, trendier glasses and one, my usual , quite conservative for a very reasonable price. Their guarantee is great too. They replaced a lens on my last glasses, even though the scratch was my fault.

The glasses are wonderful, really enjoying the transition lenses and all the compliments I have received since my recent visit. Great experience. I have been dealing with Family Eyecare for many years and have always been very happy with their service. My most recent appointment was again a very pleasant experience. Dr Judith LeRoy is very knowledgeable, prompt, pleasant and takes the time to explain the changes in my vision as well as the necessity for prescription changes. The staff are also very knowledgeable and thorough, friendly and professional. Kelly K. preformed several of the eye tests, taking the time to explain the tests to me. Great lady! Ed was also very friendly, helpful and thorough in showing me a wide variety of frames, styles, colours and the full range of prices also explaining lens tints. Ed even fixed my old frames at no charge. Great Guy! When the selections were narrowed down Ed and I conferred with Kelly for another professional opinion and Kelly took the time to accompany me outside where my husband also joined in on the choice.

I have been a patient of the Family Eyecare Centre for a long time. I receive excellent service each time I go there and am always happy with the contact lenses and eye glasses that I order each time, With the strong prescription I have, it is not always easy to find a frame that is small enough to take a heavy lens, but we always seem to find something that will do the "trick". They also have the Maui Jim Sunglasses that I love, so that is a bonus as well. Staff is excellent and Dr. Sangha is an excellent eye Doctor. She spends time with you, explaining any problems you may be having with the eyes and is very thorough with the eye examine and makes sure you get the best prescription. Three of us from the family are all patients of Family Eye Care.

I had the best experience here. Dr. LeRoy took genuine interest in my questions and explaining different procedures to me. The team that helps find frames was wonderful, honest and patient while I tried on over 100 pairs and then called my family and three different friends to ask them about their opinions.

Had exam done by Dr. Dennis, great addition to the business. All staff were very patient and courteous, and answered my many questions and worked with me to find the best frames and lenses for my tricky, high prescription, and gave me other options beside what was available at the time in the store... meaning they're interested in keeping me as a customer and finding what I need, not just making a quick sale. Excellent service.
