The optometrist was very thorough and professional. I was able to get an appointment relatively fast (the usual wait is about two weeks). However, be aware that they don’t have direct billing set up so you will have to file the paperwork yourself if you want to get reimbursed, which is really a pain.

Wasn't sure what to make of this place when I had to being my elderly dad in for an eye exam. It's tiny and crowded with people (6 chairs in waiting room) and there seems to be just one examination room. But I was impressed with Ruby's patience and humour dealing with my dad who is hard of hearing and mentally distracted. She identified a problem and clearly explained it to me, and probably was the most clear communicator I have found as far as optometrists.

I hate having my eyes checked or touched and here they are amazing, personable, and patient. Excellent with my daughter. Reasonably priced. Not to mention Phyllis is super awesome and helpful when trying to pick out frames :) highly recommend !

Had eye LASIK 14yrs ago but now that I’m in my 40’s my near/reading vision has started to go and Dr. Parmar is the first optometrist I’ve seen in 9yrs or so. I got an appointment surprisingly quickly and saw her today. She was excellent. Friendly, personable, extremely thorough and explained everything very well. Super happy with the experience and couldn’t have asked for better. I would highly recommend her. Lady in the front was also very nice. Not a large selection of frames but what they had was nice.

I had a really good experience with this clinic. They got me in very quickly to see the Dr. while being friendly and helpful. The Dr. was fantastic: she was warm and kind and made me feel comfortable when dealing with me in my eye exam (which is a mildly stressful situation for me because of history with my eyes). They also gave me free sample contacts to try out which is a bonus!
