Excellent customer service from both Keith and Tammy at this location. This will be my go to place for sunglasses moving forward.

Been going there for years but their prices keep going up and up. There are many other optical stores in town which offer competitive prices. It seems like they are leaning more towards getting business from those crazy rich mainlanders. For an average Jane like me, I can no longer afford to get my eyeglasses there.

This store may seem a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The staff go above and beyond to help their customers. Warranty on most sunglasses is 1 year, but they will go to great lengths with the manufacturer even after the warranty has expired to come up with an equitable solution. My Hugo Bossbglasses were over three years old and the arm broke. They sent my item back to the manufacturer, it was repaired as good as new. The manufacturer even polished out a scratch on one of the lenses. They also gave me a new case as the old one was starting to fall apart. My next glasses will be from Eyestar.

Bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses for my wife last week. Good price and excellent service.

Quoted $75 for a full eye exam which was an excellent price but unfortunately the optometrist wasn't in. (On a Saturday)
