Had a super experience at Wink! The Staff and Doctor are amazing and very knowledgeable. I asked them for their recommendations and they provided it but without being pushy or over the top. I felt like I was treated like family and in good hands! I highly recommend coming for your optermetry needs!

In the past, my experiences at an optometry clinic has been mostly seedy places at Crystal mall. On a tip from my friend, I decided to go to wink to try a different clinic and am I glad I did. The staff at wink seemed much more knowledgeable then others I have gone to before. The technology they used was much more advanced then what I have experienced before as well. Overall I had a great experience with wink, thank you Tasha(I hope I spelt your name right) for helping me with my dry eyes. Also there is a cute Pomeranian that was there when I visited.

People there are nice, but I had many issues with my experience there: - I went there to get a glasses prescription, and that was what I intended to pay for. They then asked me about the contacts I was wearing, and somehow had the idea that I went there to get a prescription for contacts. A few days after my appointment, I got a phone call from them asking me to pay extra, saying I got an additional service for getting a contacts fitting. I refused to pay for something I didn't ask for. - Once I got my glasses, I realized that wearing them made me extremely dizzy and gave me headaches. All my coworkers suggested that I lower the prescription a few notches. So I went back to do just that, but they didn't want to do that for me. Something about they can't change it because it's the right prescription. But the glasses would be useless to me if I can't even wear them. They decided to do a full re-do of testing my prescription, which I didn't need. Finally, after wasting a good chunk of time, they agreed to lower the prescription (but didn't tell me by how much). - Lenses normally take 2 weeks to arrive, from my experience. Not the case for me. After more than a month, I finally got my newly adjusted glasses. - I used my newly adjusted glasses for 2 days. On the 2nd day, while I was wearing the glasses, I looked down at something and one of the lenses just popped out of the frame and fell to the floor. I only used my glasses at home at the computer, never brought it out to cause any harm to them. So the lens just falling out showed how bad the quality was. - I called Wink Optometry and told them I was going in on Saturday for the issue. They're open Saturdays 10am-4pm. I arrived at 12:30pm, and their door was locked. I called again, no answer. They were not working that day even though they were supposed to be open. - I had to go again on a different day. I explained to them how the lens just fell out after 2 days of usage, and they seemed hesitant to help me (or to believe me, it seems). After wasting a good 15-20 minutes explaining to them, they finally took the glasses and popped the lens back in, but said no other repairs were necessary. Now, I still only use these glasses at my computer at home. For some reason after they adjusted it, they made the prescription so low that I can't see further than maybe 8 ft away. Even now I'm still baffled at how little they wish to help to satisfy a customer's needs. I've never seen a lens just pop out of the frame with 0 impact before. However, I never want to go back to that place again so I'll live with my useless glasses.

My wife had blurry vision and went in for an eye checkup. The optometrist and the staff were very professional and very knowledgeable in their field. They identified the necessary symptoms and issues and provided great advice in treating the underlying problems. We ended up getting a new pair of eye glasses for my wife which helps reduce the strain on her eyes when she looks at a computer screen. The facility has state of the art technology and is tastefully furnished. I highly recommend coming to wink optometry for your optical needs.

My fiancé and I booked our Appointment with Wink over the weekend and were very happy with the service and overall experience. The clinic itself is breath taking. You can tell the owners spent a lot of effort creating an environment for their clients that keep them comfortable, calm and relaxed. Dr. Liaw showed a real genuine interest in keeping my eyes healthy and happy. There was no pressure while I took my time trying on dozens of frames, I gave the staff my budget and they were able to find me the perfect pair of glasses !
