Purchased glasses and sunglasses June 3rd got the glasses a week later and have defective lens on both sides and have to be replaced. Two weeks later I called to follow up regarding the sunglasses and the receptionist told me that she just send it to the lab. What????Two weeks later and you just send it to the lab???. Then I called a week later and the receptionist said the person working was away for a holiday so its not ready yet. Sounds like you only have one person working in the entire lab. So ridiculous and now July 4th and Im still waiting for the replacement of my glasses and my sunglasses. Not coming back to this place again. Poor customer service.

They are really good and knowledgeable doctors. Staff is helpful. I'd recommend

Been going there for almost 10 years now. Dr.Mathur is great but the customer service of the other staff members has declined significantly over the last year. When I called to confirm my appointment, the receptionist abruptly interrupted and said she doesn't make reminder phone calls about appointments anymore because she is very busy. Later when I did order my contacts through them, I again did not receive a phone call from them. Rather, I phoned them myself after weeks and of course, the lenses were in. Highly disappointed.

My first visit to the Omni location in Burnaby made me very sure that I would be going back. This seems like an optometrists office where everyone still remembers what customer service actually means. I’m glad to give them my business.

No one is better with children among the optometrists of Burnaby. I have taken my children to three different clinics before this point and none of them knew how to handle small children. I am so grateful that I found Omni.
