My son (9 yrs) has been doing vision therapy here for the last year and it has been such a great experience for us! Our vision therapist was so flexible with us living outside Vancouver and was able to work with us via Skype for some of our sessions to reduce our travelling time. Everyone was genuinely invested in my son's progress, so wonderful to have such caring people to work with.

I really appreciate Dr. Randhawa and the vision therapist. My son (Gr. 10) had the vision therapy here. He had a great result. After he had the vision therapy, he can read well and now he is getting A 's in English. My son has gained more confidence and he is happy. We had to save money for the therapy but it was well worth to spend. This vision therapy changed my son's future!! We are very happy to see our son's improvement! We really recommend having this vision therapy. thank you Dr. Randhawa and the staff!

Dr. Randhawa and her staff are all amazing, friendly and professional. I had my eye exam today and bought eyeglasses. Thanks to Cindy(staff) for being so helpful in chosing the frame that suits me and really good in working out a price that goes around my budget. There is really a bit of wait time but overall the experience was awesome. This place deserved a five star.

There are an over-abundance of eye doctors, but this one stands out from the crowd. Dr. Randhawa is well trained, listens, and takes a careful approach, therefore this place can be packed with people at peak times. The new larger store has a modern feel and offers the basic selection of entry level value to designer frames. This a family friendly practice with tea, coffee, water (sometimes some refreshments offered at various times). Parking is much improved over their former 'Killarney Market' mall location. (June 2018) Update: With a store expansion and added vision services, efficiency and customer service can be affected. #LetsGuide

Our family just finished going through a year+ of the vision therapy program here, recommended to us for our son, by his teacher. I would not reccommend putting your child through this program, unless they are over the age of 10 (when eyes have finished developing) and they still have problems with eye function. I do see how it could be benefitical then, but truthfully we are not sure if it was beneficial for our son or not. The thing that bothered me the most about this clinic is the staff are not particularly friendly and the doctor is worse. Anytime we came to see the doctor we had to wait over an hour, and she spent less than 5 minutes with us and rushed us out the door so she could get on to the next person. Very impersonal, especially for how much homework this vision therapy program requires. To top it off, i dont even think the doctor knows my name or my sons name, and we are in there multiple times a month. Everytime she sees us, its like she doesnt recognize us and doesnt know we have been trudging through this for over a year. Its also ridiculously expensive, if you are a young family living here is already hard enough. You can find vision therapy excersises on Pinterest for free and do them with your child if you really want to. At the start, we were told this program takes a year to a year and a half. We finished paying off the program and miraculously our son is healed at the same time. What a miracle.
