I went there to get my eyes checked. The service by the women at the front desk was great! Turns out I required prescription glasses and one of the women assisted me in finding the right pair that works well with my face and my prescription. Great customer service, I was really well taken care of and my needs were served accordingly! I recommend this optometry to anyone that needs glasses or the eyes checked!

Sadly I have bought glasses and contacts before from here The first 2 times they were very friendly and nice and helpful. Now this time they have been so disrespectful. I asked for help with choosing glasses as I have a high prescription when receiving my glasses 700.00 later, they were loose and didn’t fit well. When asked for them to do something they said no exchanges or refunds.i will never go back to this place and encourage you to take your money elsewhere. The way they interrupted me instead of validating my concerns was quite harmful to a professional client store relationship. Perhaps some more training on assertiveness and kindness is needed.

Hi Image Optometry, I hope you will seriously reconsider how your business operates. The reason why I am not in your database is because of the terrible ethics and attitude of the staff that has scared me away from doing business with you. The ethics of your entire business is seriously questionable. Hopefully, more consumers will read these one star reviews and do their own due diligence. IF you are a consumer reading this review, please be careful and protect yourselves from optometrists and glasses stores. This is definitely one place my family and I will avoid.

Update: I went back because they had all my records, but I just had another bad experience there and I would recommend getting service at another branch or another store. Due to my high prescription, the doctor recommended another brand of contact lenses for slowing the progression. I had my contact lenses fitting 1.5 weeks ago and they said they were going to check the pricing for fitting this particular brand I need and get back to me by last Monday. I waited for the entire time and heard nothing back. On top of that, I had to call 6-10 times over three days to just have the phone picked up twice. The first time, the lady promised to call back and didn’t do that nor leave a note for anyone to do that. So after this entire time, I finally got the news that image optometry is not going to carry this brand and I should just go with whatever they carry regardless of my eye health. I just don’t think this is information that takes so long to deliver. This is either a lack of care for customer health, or insufficient follow up in administrative work. Either way, I would suggest people with better eye care to choose another store. OLD review: They scheduled me for a check up at eye care centre, but they were not monitoring the number posted online for two days. When I notified them through another number under Dr Wong, the receptionist simply brushed off the fact that the eye care centre couldn’t get a hold of my record for two days. I’ve had better service with their staff members, but this is simply too rude to be acceptable.

I had my eye exam and lense fitting done here. When they gave me my glasses, I realized about a week in that the screw on my glasses was not inputted correctly and it was sticking out. I brought this to the attention of their staff when I was able to bring it in and they tried to charge me $60 for new frames. No options were given, they accused me of bending the frames...really!? Horrible customer service by both representatives. I will not be coming back to this company. I highly recommend choosing another company and location.
