I had my eye test done in the Robson St store. The staff were helpful, friendly & the optometrist was great & gave me lots of info! The prices are decent, the glasses are not super high quality but still very decent & they have lots of deals online, you can buy there too. I got 2 pairs of glasses, arrived when they were supposed to, approx 2 weeks later. Will use again, i found them great. Overall good experience, very convenient & easy.

Buyer beware! I was initially happy with new frames and progressive lenses for under $200. But!! The poor quality of lenses they use scratched and scuffed in no time, but beyond any warranty time so I put them away and pulled out my old pair from Costco (that still have no scratches) . I finally decided to go back with the Clearly frames and buy new lenses and then found out they will not do that. Basically you are SOL and they just want to sell you new frames and lenses all over. I would never buy a pair from Clearly again. 👎

I ordered contacts online, but I went off an old prescription and they weren't right. I have astigmatism and a strong prescription so I knew I had to see someone in person. I recently had a consultation for laser eye surgery, but in the mean time needed some new lenses. There was some miscommunication with the copy of my records from Lasik. I went in with the prescription they gave me on my record but not one that was signed by an optimist. I went into this Clearly location to finally order myself some contacts. I was told they couldn't use the prescription without a signature from an optometrist. I was so frustrated and upset because I payed $80 for this record. I thought it had been all for nothing. Thankfully, I recieved a signed prescription and had a contact fitting today. My appointment went very well. The optometrist was very informative, kind, helpful, and had a sense of humour I could appreciate. I felt at ease and comfortable in the examining room. They gave me a trial version of lenses to try and informed me that I can try as many as I need to in order to find the right brand, at no extra cost. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received. Clearly has definitely gained a new customer.

Ordered contacts and both times my order didn’t come, and they got my address wrong and held my contacts for over 2 weeks. Don’t trust this company, when I tried to get everything fixed they wouldn’t even compensate me for the weeks I had no contacts for. Very unreliable, would recommend just going to your local eye doctor instead.

Sneaky on-line sales tactic . I wanted to order a 6 pack of AcuVue lens but it said that they did not have any in stock. So reluctantly I ordered a 12 pack. To my surprise they sent me 2 six packs !! Nice bait and switch. Cheap shot at unloading your merchandise. Plus the expiration dates are only a year away.
