Awesome service. I ordered glasses online during their sale and I went back with my girlfriend who was buying a new pair, and the gentleman who worked there helped me to fit my glasses to perfection. I’ve bought 4 pairs of glasses from here and better yet they only charge 60$ to refit new lenses to your old frames.

Went to Bailey Nelson to get my first eye test in years. Doctor Burgess was friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The retail space is great and the staff are super friendly too!

I had a very positive experience at this place! The optometrist was very professional and you can tell she knew what she was doing. I especially loved the relaxed atmosphere of the place. The customer service was very good as well. The girl who helped me out was honest with her opinions, and she checked on us as we very indesisively picked out my frames. The only thing I think they can improve on would be to make the back hallway and room where eye exams are done to match the atmosphere of the rest of the store as it is very bare and white (looks like a storage hallway).

Dr. Nieka is a professional optometrist. Spent good time to do the eye exam. Their equipments are clean and don’t seem to be dated. They have friendly staff and good collection of glasses. Prices are higher than average. Be prepared to pay even if you have extended insurance. Not a blame on this location; but insurance claims don’t go through all the time.
