I had the best time in the store. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed as if I was a family member. The frame selection is out of this world I could t just choose one. The doctor is so knowledgeable and professional yet charming. The best part is that everything cost me under $200 and they take insurance!! I recommend this place to everyone. 10/10 !! 🙌

Whenever I go to the store on Robson I am greeted warmly, happily helped with whatever I need that day and I always feel well taken care of. The store is clean and bright and the staff are knowledgeable. Oh yeah, and the glasses frames and lenses they provide are top notch. I highly recommend you drop in one day.

Fantastic experience right from the start! Booked my appointment online (so simple!) went to the Robson Street location. From the moment I walked in, I was looked after. Everyone at this location is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and there is a huge range of affordable frames and choice of lenses. I bought two pairs, and am thrilled with both! I chose a light frame and also a bold frame both with progressive lenses. They both fit very well, and are so comfortable to wear! 100% recommend Bailey Nelson on Robson! Special thanks to Mike for his advice and assistance.

Prompt and efficient service. Great price points and it was nice they were able to direct bill my insurer. I got lots of compliments on my frames. Delivery was faster than anticipated which was a nice surprise.

We had a very nice experience at this location. My husband was getting glasses for the very first time in his life and he was not excited about having to wear them. Michael at this location was extremely knowledgable about fit and styling. He was very detailed with measuring for the perfect fit and providing comments on what suits which faces best. My husband walked out feeling confident about his choice and excited to be getting his glasses soon :) Thank you
