I have been to this shop many times and have always received great service and care. They have an amazing selection of glasses. The manager is great at recommending frames that look great and are suitable for the kind of vision issue being corrected.

Make sure you leave with your Rx. The current staff doesn't understand how to reply to emails or return phone call's. Five days and counting. Wish me luck.

Amazing service. Kind and helpful doctor, staff is friendly and generous with their time and attention.

The doctor is nice, although they want to upsell on everything. The receptionist was very rude and was trying to make "contact lenses training" mandatory.

I've consistently had excellent service from all staff at Urban Eyes.
