I am very disappointed regarding the service from the staff today. After checking my eye and have my prescription given to Costco for a new pair of glasses( it was about 4:00 pm and Costco closed at 5:00 pm), I was told that the prescription is not for progress lens, I then phoned back and asked why my prescription was not for progressive lens. The staff said that it might be that the prescription was not updated yet, so I requested her to fax the updated one to Costco. However, after waiting for about 10 mins, about 4:18 pm., we did not receive any prescription, so my wife help me to phone again, but the staff, I did not know who she is or she is the one answering me, said she was busy, and can only do it asap. I was frustrated, because it is your fault to give me the prescription and we were waiting to have the glasses ordered before Costco closed up. When we urged her, she asked my wife to write down the prescription and we rejected as Costco requested to have a printed one. Finally she did fax us. But I just wonder how long it takes to fax a prescription and why she let us have a feeling that it was our fault instead and causing her a lot of trouble. I was totally frustrated with the kind of response and service that I granted today

Very professional doctors and great service. Had some issues with the reception staff but it was solved right away and I got offered helped immediately. Would recommend this place as the doctors are very caring and willing to help.

Very good customer service. They explained clearly what was the issue and what needed to be done. My last optometrist, which is not affiliated with Tri-City Optometry, was also located at another wing of the mall was unprofessional and impatient. At this location not only was it fast, they gave me the perfect prescription. It was easy to get an appointment the day off. Thank you guys!

This little gem is awesome because the staff is just so wonderful. They are so nice and welcoming. It's very easy to make an appointment the same day you call or walk in. They seem to be very flexible. I love Tri City Optometry!
