Dr Yu is a very experienced and patient optometrist. Been coming here for 10 years and my experience had been very consistent. Receptionist is quite busy, so it's important to be to the point when talking to her.

TERRIBLE front desk receptionist. I told her to open my file since I'm an existing patient and needed trial lenses. She got annoyed and instead of opening my file said that the lens fitting (which I've already done) is another $50. I just hung up because obviously she didn't know what she was doing. Just FIRE HER Dr.Yu!

Horrible front desk receptionist. I unfortunately cut my eye ball with fingernail today on nye. Called and she said I could come and wait. This is the most nearby clinic. My eye is tearing and blurry and can't hardly open and I think every clinic has served patients in same pain .,. She asked me to fill the form and obviously I can't and I'm alone .. I really think she can offer help by asking me questions and she didn't until I asked her .. And I asked her how long is the wait and she didn't answer until I waited and asked her the third time .. She said why I don't leave now and I could just go now to emergency ..totally poor attitude . I can wait but she didn't even give a damn to answer .. Really poor front desk ..
