Way too expensive for both the exam and contact lenses/glass frames. One technician who was preforming some tests and I had just met said come on princess when calling me to finish up part of my eye tests, last time I checked that was an insult. I had no issue with the optometrist as she was very pleasant to deal with but the staff is another issue. Would not recommend this place at all and will take my business elsewhere.

Every single person on their team has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I've never left this location unhappy, always great experience.

I was stuck in Ontario with broken glasses (purchased in New West), when I thought to go to another FYIdoctors location here. They arranged replacement frames (mine were still under warranty) to be sent here. Because of this, I don't need to spend the next 2 weeks blind! Thank you FYIdoctors new west!

I love this place. They helped me pick great glasses that suit my face. They did a thorough state of the art exam and fitted progressive lenses that are crystal clear. And when I dropped them, they covered the scratches under warranty. I just got fitted for contact lenses and they were very patient teaching me how to insert and remove them. I will be a customer for life. I doubt they are the cheapest, but the best quality things never are. I would highly recommend FYIDoctors New Westminster to my friends and family.
