I was charged for $3 for ONE tiny hinge screw when I desperately needed one for repairing my glasses (by myself). I later went back because it didn't fit, but the owner was very rude and refused to do anything because I wasn't even given a receipt in the first place. In contrast, later Costco helped me reattached the arm of the glasses and offered me a couple of extra screws and nose pads (I offered to pay but the Costco staff kindly insisted giving for free, even though my glasses were NOT originally purchased from Costco.) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, until it brings back kindness and integrity.

I had personal unhurried professional optical post sales service for years: from Zerherena; in her Surrey Place location. and I'd love to hear if/where she may now be found.... (expensive rising lease rates and fees, I heard...) Looking for her new(?) location... IF.... Zepherena has opened elsewhere yet...??? I'm ready for a new pair of glasses, again... (now)... a heads up, anyone?? Cheers! Mr. Glenn.

I paid 30 $ for contact lenses fitting and i received trail contacts. The lady who work there didn't even wanted to tell me whats the power of them, instead of that i got the answer: "that's my business and i can't give it to you". Really? Then i got hard time to get my glasses prescription back and i paid 30 $ for free trail? Totally unprofessional and i wouldn't recommend it to anybody!
