Warm welcoming, and the excellent advice of Tiami, Carolyn and Andrew from first contact, to final fit, it was as I hoped it would be; terrific ! The examination conducted by Dr. McClinchey was very comprehensive, using modern electronic instruments, as well as mechanical/optical testing, which she expertly manipulated, explaining all the way. Not my first examination, but definitely the most thorough. 7 days from the order being placed, the glasses arrived, some frame fit-tweaking accomplished, and I'm thrilled with the ease of vision ZEISS has supplied me, the best the world has to offer. That is exactly why I came here. ZEISS optics. Computer fatique has been eliminated, I can read in bed longer before zzzzz hits, (I think), and the in-focus world seems to have no bounds anymore. My previous entry level Rx in my 5 year old pair cannot be tolerated now, and the Rx is darn near the same, as the ZEISS. I had need for a frame tweaking again, walked in, and it was done quickly, and with precision. Is IRIS expensive ? Coco Chanel said; "The best things in life are free, the second best were very expensive.". Perhaps, but I liken choosing IRIS to the question asked of me while I pondered the wide price ranges of a new motorcycle helmets; "What price do you put on your head, sir ?". Convincing, and I do want to see as well as I can, for as long as I can. Just like you. Lay your money down here with the confidence that you will get what you pay for. I recommend wholeheartedly the staff of IRIS Duncan, their service and ZEISS optics. Don Jamieson ps: they do offer NIKON at the same price too. D.J.
