Had an amazing experience finding my pairs of glasses. Everyone was super upbeat, friendly and happy to help. Was my first time purchasing glasses so receiving the help and advice in a enjoyable relaxed manner made for a very positive experience overall. Also the 3 for 1 was a much better deal than I had realized and there is no catch at all. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been with this company from the moment they arrived here in Chilliwack, We are a family of 5 and we all wear glasses. So you can imagine that I have had experience with the past companies; good and bad. Bruce and his associates, in comparison with any other glasses company we dealt with before, went above and beyond. If they didn't have our desired style of frames or stock in their store (our 3 teenagers can be picky) they reached out to all the other stores and worked with us until we found what we wanted. All we had to do was tell them the style, color, and wait patiently. When my son broke his glasses 2 times during sports they were gracious and more than happy to fix them. Bruce's outstanding loyalty and professionalism led me to come back year after year.I referred him to my friends and they are very happy with their experience too.I am grateful to have them in our community

The guy with glasses working at this location was very nice and offered good service so I can't talk him down or say anything bad about him as I was very impressed as he was the only place I went to that mentioned the frame size # vs fitment on my face. I was how ever disappointed in the selection of frames for guys I noticed only 1 board for men and approx 4+ boards for woman... I don't need 50/50 selection or frame for frame but come on there has to be a little more choice. Even a 30/70 or 40/60 split would have been nice to see but 1/5 selection is kinda sad and boarder line sexist.

The worst business ever! Sales are down so they fire staff of 3 years with no notice or severance. Very bad business practice. Dozens and dozens of unhappy customers. When customers ask for a refund the answer is TOUGH LUCK! Poor leadership. ALL the current staff have very little knowledge. No qualified eye doctor on site. Very poor to little quality control.. it they chip it or break it they will still try to sell it to you! No refunds. The worst service imaginable. Untrained staff in the lab. The cheapest quality frames and lenses from China and Korea. The owner of this company is the devil manifest in the flesh. The staff call him Brucifer Bergez. You are better off going ANYWHERE but Great Glasses. STAY AWAY! Just google Bruce Bergez Great Glasses to find out the truth for yourself!
