After receiving attitude from receptionist i decided to use IRIS who was pleasant to deal with and charge nothing for my daughter initial exam, while FYI charges $80. FYI could be amazing here but I'll never know because I will never consider them again.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Prompt and attentive, kind staff. Dr. Asirvatham was so kind, she explained things very well. She wasn't rushed and was calm, professional and friendly. Absolutely outstanding experience.

Great experience at the Chilliwack FYI Doctors. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable in frames and lenses. I love my new glasses and the way they look/fit. The doctor even checked my daughters eyes and was very professional and kid friendly. Would highly recommend FYI to others.

I thought my appointment was 30 minutes later than it was and they ended up switching stuff around and got me in promptly! They were amazing!

Would highly recommend FYIdoctors! The staff are super friendly and Dr. Abigail Asirvatham is a great eye doctor who truly cares for her patients. I ordered a pair of glasses from there and was so happy with the whole process. The staff were very helpful and informative and helped me find the perfect glasses. Just picked them up yesterday and am very happy with them.
