I’m 72 years young and been wearing prescription eyewear since my late 30’s. In the many times I have been to an optometrist I have never had such a thorough examination. I knew that I had macular degeneration but was never told about my cataracts. Even at the Calgary Iris center nothing was mentioned. I would not hesitate to recomend Dr.Parekh to anyone seeking a thorough optical examination. I think he gave me many more years of sight

Dr. Parekh is very personable and makes thorough eye examinations. He has modern test equipment which reflects his concern in doing detailed exams. I have macular degeneration (dry type) and I appreciate that he has the equipment to take digital pictures of my macula. He keeps previously taken pictures on file to compare with to see if the problem is advancing. This takes time and he methodically goes through both mine and my wife's different eye concerns in a very professional manner. We both appreciate Dr Parekh's service. The staff at Dr Specs is also very personable and professional.

Was visiting Kelowna and needed to see the Optometrist. Excellent service and they were able to accommodate me out of province.
