Honestly I have never experienced as great customer service as I have here. I was slightly upset at first as the coating of my lenses started to wear off but I sent in my glasses and they had them fixed and returned in record time. The owner and his employees are extremely friendly and they give student discounts if you show your student ID. I am a very happy customer of Hudson Optical!

I have been wearing glasses for more than 50 years and had encountered more than a dozen opticians. Hudson Optical in Victoria is the best - best in service, quality, selection and advice.

This place is awesome! Such a friendly owner and the lady that greets you is so pleasant! They genuinely care about you and take the time to ensure you find the proper frames that you like! I highly recommend this place to anyone! The good thing it's accessible by transit, they have a eye exam place next door and they had my glasses ready for me in 20 minutes! These guys are A class and will be the only place I go for my optical needs! They also do direct billing for your insurance!

I am super impressed with their customer service at Hudson Optical! All I had to do was bring in my UVic student ID, and they really took care of everything else. Their selection of glasses is very diverse and there is a pair of frames for everyone. The staff were incredibly helpful and helped me find my perfect glasses! It's also really convenient that they do direct billing so you don't have to worry about anything! Great experience, I'm sending all my friends over to get glasses from you guys!

The staff are personable, friendly and helpful - I can drop in for quick tune ups and most recently they have gone above and beyond to have my glasses fixed for me. My experience at Hudson Optical has been very positive and I highly recommend this shop :)
