Disappointing. The examiner was not listening well and the glasses were expensive and a bit of hard sell. Not recommended.

Excellent customer service! Thanks so much to Susan and Stacey for resolving an issue with one of my frames. I really appreciate how focused you are on finding a positive solution for me.

It was a few years ago that I had my eyes tested by FYI Doctors. My experience was a pleasant one, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I found everyone very professional too. I must say they treated me really good.

I never write reviews, but I feel like this was necessary to note because if you're on Income Assistance and need to find an understanding optometrist, this isn't the place for you. I broke my glasses and called the French Creek location to try and set up an appointment. I received great reviews on Facebook, however when I called them and told them my situation (my being on Income Assistance and being unable to afford the $150 they charge) and asked them if they could run my Personal Health Number through and see if I could get some kind of assistance for the costs, the receptionist wasn't very kind. At first when I didn't mention that I was on Income Assistance she was kind and respectful, but I heard the change in her voice as soon as I mentioned it. I gave her my Personal Health Number and she said she would call back the next morning. The next day I ended up calling again because it was nearly noon and I needed new glasses asap, I got a different receptionist and same thing, told her I was on Income Assistance and she was rude as could be. If any of you lovely ladies are reading this you need to understand that not all people are rich and can afford expensive things. In fact this is not something I want, its unfortunately something I needed and as a result of how you handled things you managed to make me feel pretty damn bad and get the business you work for a bad review. Never taking my business here again. SMH at you two.
