Visited a week ago to order prescription sunglasses for this coming weekend. Unfortunately, although they said that they could be ready within a week, the lenses were coming from RayBan and weren't ready. I was a bit put off by this but the person I was speaking to offered to make temporary, polarized lenses to use until the RayBan lenses came in. Now THAT is above and beyond! Thanks Guys!

For the price you pay, you get a lot of superficial support and nothing to really back it up. We bought rx glasses there, cost about ~450 and we gave them glasses to measure off of to have the same lenses produced. They didn't feel the same but luckily we asked for the original lenses just in case this was going to happen. We asked to have the nose piece readjusted and the associate literally cranked the nose piece to one side then put it on me and when it didn't sit properly, she would crank it the other direction without even doing any measurements or asking for specific feedback on how it felt.... Just a general, how does that feel? Not good, *crank*, how does that feel? Not good, *crank*. I mean, if you're going to do that, the true form of trial and error, I may as well do that myself. When we originally purchased the glasses, they placed the original lenses in a bag that didn't even fit the lenses. The associate jammed in it the bag while the lens stretched the bag... That was how tight it was. Sure enough, the day we bring it back to have the original lenses placed back in, the lenses were scratched. We confirmed this with the associate and we asked for another set of lenses since we didn't scratch them. The associate says that they'll put it on file and that we'll have to come back another day. I kindly ask for her name because I didn't like how wishy washy they were with explanations and their overall professionaism. A week passes, we speak to another associate, and we tell them the situation and she looks up our file. She says there is nothing on our file... Luckily I had the name of the other associate, and they honored the request and took the lenses from the floor model and placed it in.... You guessed it.... The SAME SMALL BAG that caused the scratch. When you're paying 450 for glasses, you expect quality in packaging... I mean, you can buy a smartphone for that money and have packaging that doesn't damage the product your selling and a phone is sososo much more complicated than a frame and two lenses. TL;DR: Superficial support, sales associate feel like they just make things up as they go, you pay a premium price without getting anything close to decent packaging which leads to damage. We will not be coming back.

I went in to have my prx lenses replaced and when I received my glasses the lenses were really thick and the nose protector was bent I find out later they never used my prescription they had told me they would phone the original store and have it transferred . I asked why they didn't she said I don't know

Told the lady I wanted new glasses and told her my budget so she helped me with that which was fine but then she wouldn’t stop pressuring me into getting sunglasses as well even after knowing my low budget. I felt very uncomfortable after that and after saying no thanks, she was cold and unfriendly.

came to ask a few questions about getting glasses and the woman who worked there was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. I'll be going back there to purchase my glasses. they have an excellent selection of frames and even sell contacts here.
