Client

Maureen Caste I broke my glasses and took them to see if they were fixable. I had a medical exam coming up to renew my drivers licence and really needed my glasses. Your staff were exceptional! I was told the girl doubted she could mend them which really worried me. However — her skills excelled and she was able to tape them together while I waited for my new frames to arrive. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the care and service I have received over the years I have been a client. You have excellent staff and they go the extra mile!!

Lead time is too long!

On October 13, Tried to book appointments for myself and spouse and was told earliest time for my doctor was late december - if we booked separately and into January to book in together. I find this totally unacceptable. Maybe for my doctor but am willing to try someone else. Will have to go elsewhere.

I have been going to this office since the 90s. Now I bring my son here. As always our experience was fantastic. There was an issue with the manufacturer in getting the lenses out in a timely manner. Throughout the wait Makayla (spelling?) was sure to communicate what was happening along the way. She was always very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Thankyou Makayla, and FYI!!

I had the pleasure of having Callie assist my wife and I select the frame for my new glasses. Callie was excellent! She was such a pleasure to work with. She was courteous and had such a pleasant demeanor that made the whole experience enjoyable. She also demonstrated considerable knowledge in spite of being a new employee. We feel we made a good frame selection thanks to Callie

My girlfriend and I were visiting Penticton from out of town and she had an issue with her eye, we saw FYidoctors were open and nearby and gave them a call. They got us in to get checked out within an hour from the phone call, and diagnosed and prescribed treatment in under 30 minutes. The whole team was very pleasant and helpful from the first phone call to paying the very fairly priced bill! Can't recommend these guys enough. Excellent service all around!

I went in for an appointment today for a comprehensive vision test and I was extremely pleased with the kind helpful front desk staff, the technicians and especially Dr Bauder who went out if her way to be extremely kind and helpful. She is definitely a highly competent doctor and I would recommend anyone to visit. My overall experience was of a first class, well run, business.

absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. greeted with visible smiles, seen even from under masks! the dr was kind and efficient, and the office staff were absolutely terrific. i don’t think i’ve ever been called gorgeous so many times in an hour lol! you guys did a great job helping me find frames that i not only felt confident in, but looked confident in too! you helped me and my mum to find the right options for us, based on needs and prices. thank you for all of your spectacular work! and especially all the hard work you do behind the scenes :)
