Frames for the Hip, Nerdy, Conservative, Classic, Retro... Or needing to throw some shade! Reasonable prices, fast and friendly service. Four pairs of glasses later and I still say absolutely fabulous, People!

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Just bought a new pair of glasses from this store and till I got and currently using it. the staffs keep checking on me whether the glasses work well !!! Thank you so much. I will become the loyalty customer of Lenscrafters!!!

Walked in and I was ignored by staff. I look young but I do have money and a prescription but won’t go back there. Went to Iris and they treated me great.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Even the manager didn’t help. Waited for almost an hour and all they did was throw a tray of frames in front of us. Then serviced 6 other people before even talking to us even when we asked for help twice. When we first walked in all the workers were doing was talking to their friends. When confronted all the manager did was give excuses and never apologized once. If we received a genuine apology or acknowledgment that we will be helped we would have still bought the glasses. They just missed out on a sale. We were ready with prescription and money in hand to buy right away. Instead somewhere else will receive our business. We will never go back until they are under new management. By the way 3 people in my household wear glasses.

I'm in my late 50s and never had to deal with getting/wearing glasses before so I was more than a little antsy when I went in. The staff there are amazing and it isn't just the knowledge that they have but the obvious empathy and patience they have for someone like me. My new glasses look amazing and wow, what a difference in my vision. They have a customer for life in me. As an update, I found that the progressives I had asked for didn't work for me and the folks at the Woodgrove location went above and beyond to make me happy. Even got an un-expected refund :-) Anyone, for any glasses related reason, needs to check these folks out. They are truly amazing.
