I went in needing both an exam and glasses. I also have a small head. The woman that "helped" me was very dismissive. Once I started to find glasses I liked she told me all of these will be too big. She told me to go to the sale sections. Why would there not be any glasses that would fit me in the store other than in the sale sections? They lost a customer today and I will be letting people know about my experience. So unprofessional!

The Optician, Toby Min says "it should be perfect"...and it was. He was great and helped me with my concerns. Adjusted my new Raybans and was very attentive. Thanks. Will totally recommend this place.

Another fantastic experience with my second purchase at Eyestar on Robson. I went back to Kam because he is the best. Super knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Very patient in explaining the difference between lens options, coatings, etc. Love my Maui Jims. Will be coming back this way for another pair in the fall.

I highly recommend the service because they treated me in a timely manner and my lenses are besides being very nice, they are very comfortable.

I went in a few weeks ago looking to buy a new pair of glasses. An employee named Venus helped me, showing me different kinds of glasses and helped picked one best suited for me. Very friendly!
