I had my very first eye exam here, and I found this place by coincidence, the staff was incredibly amazing and they guide me through the whole process. They are there to help customers! I never felt forced to buy something, and the doctor explained everything perfectly. I recommend this place 100%

While visiting Vancouver I dropped by Dr. Gan’s office for help with my eye pain. I was most impressed with her caring demeanor; she spent much time explaining to me about my extreme dry eye problem and offered advice such as warm compresses to alleviate the problem. Too bad I’m an out of towner or I would have found a great optometrist for life. Thanks Dr. Gan for your generosity with your time and knowledge!

Dr. Gan was informative, personable and very professional. I went in for a 2 year eye exam. She was able to identify that some eye dryness I was having was due to partially blocked ducts, and suggested compresses to help eleviate the symptoms. I was pleasantly surprised at the end as she was able to bill a portion to MSP due to my dryness, which brought down the final bill. I would gladly recommend Dr. Anita Gan.

i took my mother here to have her eyes checked and we had a great experience! My mother was really nervous about getting her eyes examined since she has health problems and had put it off for so long. Dr Anita Gan was friendly and warm, and took her time to answer all our questions. We really appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. I will be coming back here to get my eyes examined!
