Great shopping experience. Or maybe we just lucked out because there are more negative reviews here.

Sales people will try to up sell their products to you. If they think you just want basic glasses, they will drop you for another customer. They lack integrity, straight forward answers to your questions and empathy. Their products are very over priced to begin with and once they get the idea that you're not going to spend big money, it's bye, bye. (As an aside, I have been a 100 per cent commission retail sales person and I would never treat any customer the way they treated me).

Purchased progressive lenses from this location, prescription from Optometrist did not match prescription on my glasses, which is why I had such a hard time adjusting to them. They were blaming the Optometrist for their lousy workmanship on the glasses. They replaced the progressive lenses but my eyeballs were in between distance and reading, worst than the original prescription. Finally decided to get distance only but are also useless because I can't even read anything within 12 inches. Now, I have to get brand new lenses. Beware: glasses only have 1 month warranty from the date of purchase and if you'd like a coverage for 12 months you have to pay extra. I will never buy glasses from Lens Crafters, more like Lens Crappers. lol By the way, I did not get back my progressive lenses nor the $$ that I paid for the progressive prescription.

From out of town and needed a repair done. We were looked after right away and no charge.

Bought two pair of glasses from this store. One for the day-to-day use and the other one as the backup. When my put on the one for the day-to-day usage, I felt it is too heavy. I stop using it. then I tried the backup one. one small accessory fall down within one week. I walked into the store to explain the situation and asking for advice. All I got is that "I don't know how you use your glasses, and I don't know how long you have used this glasses". As the professional, they should be easily told how good the glasses. If I can give ZERO star, I will do that. Not worth to go this store. When I read other reviews, I realized that I made a big mistakes to get frames from this store. Strongly recommend NOT going to this store. Very disappointed.
