Disregard the negative reviews about this store. I've become a true regular at this store because of their wide array of frames and competitive pricing. The staff are a charming and professional bunch. If I ask for their honest opinion they won't be scared to tell me that it doesn't suit my face; I admire honest people. Overall, I am deeply satisfied with all my purchases at this store and will continue to buy from them.

It's the aesthetic appearance of the store that brought me here (never mind the negative reviews 😁)! It's got modern look that has intimidating appeal because the brands on display are glossy magazine material and the staff dress sharp and tidy, so it's what my eyes laid on first that mattered to me 👍 I had my eye exam inside, got my prescription and purchased my optical device here. I didn't engage in lengthy conversation with the staff because I knew what I wanted (per insurance coverage) and I was directed to what and where. All I can say, the staff who assisted me knew exactly what he was doing and he deserves a pat on the back. Keep your store as it is or improve as needed and you just gained a new customer. Thanks for the experience!

Great customer service! The staff was super patient throughout the process of glasses selection to explaining different types of lens options that best suits my prescription. They provided a very comfortable, friendly and enjoyable environment for me to want to make my purchase there. Other staffs were also helpful with their inputs given the fact that I'm a super picky person. Will definitely come back year after year for my glasses purchase. I highly recommend them, and will refer my family and friends.

I’ve never wrote a bad review before but after my visit to the store today I was very surprised at the level of poor service this store provide. All of the other eyewear stores I’ve visited, I’ve had good experiences with the salesperson and my purchase. Upon entering the store, I find the two staffs were super lazy and unwelcoming. I called and put a pair of frame on hold and wanted to check out other pairs when I got to the store. The girl named Selina or Serina was very reluctant to provide any service to me, I am not sure if is because I got there at 8 and it was near their closing time or if it was because I changed to my gym clothes after work and I didn’t look like I was about to buy two pairs. She basically talked down to all other options in the store and didn’t bother to give any constructive advice at all. Any other store I’ve visited the sales person have always been able to sale me a pair of frame and have me leave the store happy. When I complained that they shouldn’t treat customers like that, she said “we have no problem getting customers”, when I mentioned I was referred from another customer to come to this store she gave me a very aloof attitude, said “we will take that client off our list” and made the point she does not care about clientaling. Not only did this wasted 30 mins of my time to drive over to the store, the service was so crappy i felt super disrespected and I would not recommend anyone to visit this store for eyewears. Oh, and their store managers business card also does not have an email so you can’t even complaint directly to the person running this place. Goes to say how little they care about their reputation and business.

Great selection but customer service is terrible, staff wont acknowledge you unless they see dollar signs and they will become extremely defensive and argumentative to try and not fulfill their end of the warranty when something does happen
