Great experience! Everyone I interacted with was very professional and helpful, and answered all of my questions very clearly. I really appreciated the patience and support to choose a pair of glasses that suited me without feeling rushed

I truly enjoyed my visits at UBC Campus Vision. The location is central, the front desk staff are friendly and professional, the doctors are knowledgeable and thorough about their patients needs. Booking an appointment online or over the phone is a breeze. Thank you for such a great service.

This experience was wonderful. Friendly, efficient staff. Dr. Wu is a very warm and knowledgeable person. I felt my concerns were addressed and that my exam was thorough and extensive. I was even given great advice on which frames looked the best. Thank you all for a great appointment!

Absolutely incredible. Visited this clinic for the first time yesterday and was throughly impressed by how efficient and nice everyone was. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Alice. The day before I visited the clinic I had called the office to ask a few questions about my prescription, and Alice was very patient during the process. Alice assured me that everything would be okay and she was super helpful through the phone. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before visiting Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan is a real professional and I could not be happier with my appointment with her. She made the examination process less daunting by being super personable and compassionate. Dr. Chan really made me feel heard and I appreciated her detailed explanations. Prices for contact lenses are also very affordable.

The most helpful and accommodating optometry clinic I have ever visited. All of the staff at this location are very friendly, knowledgable, professional, and promptly answer inquiries over phone/email. Office takes care of direct billing so you don't have to and orders are delivered quite fast. Dr. Chan is an amazing optometrist and it is always a pleasure to see her. In addition to being very knowledgable about the eyes and all of its components, she is also extremely understanding. Most importantly, Dr. Chan is a great listener. She truly wants the best for her patients, and that is best demonstrated by her thorough examinations and determination to answer all of the questions a patient may have. Dr. Chan ensures that patients are fully satisfied with the assistance they receive. She is very patient and proactive.
