The best thing about Brill is the talented people that work there. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with picking the right pair of glasses for you. You can always tell that person loves their job. Perry the general manager is one of those people, he is out standing at his craft and very good with people. I would recommend brill eye Center.

Such good care from nice people. I just went through cataract surgery and Dr. Brill has been with me every step with my surgeon for great results. I appreciate that Dr. Brill and his staff seem to have cutting-edge technology and know how to use it to their patients' advantage. I feel confident that I am getting great care and advice from them.

Always great to see a business respond to negative reviews, but why attack your own patients who have a poor experience with condescending and aggressive remarks?.. I wouldn't use a real name either! The staff/manager/owner clearly sets the judgemental, unfriendly tone ytollu find upon coming here... Proceed with caution if you're using all insurance, any coupons or are looking for something affordable.

We had an appointment for over a month. Received over 15 text messages to confirm our appointment which we did! Even receiving texts up to the morning of the appointment. NOONE called to tell us that Dr. Brill had a speaking engagement so I took off a full day of work, have my kids late to school to get absolutely nothing done! Rachael at the front I have to give it to her she calmed me down because she knew just how frustrating the situation was. I’m personally just beyond upset it’s not like Brill to not take the time to reach out to their customers. Upsetting we moved 30 minutes South and I still drive here. If we come back it’s because Rachael saved the day. We appreciate you Rachael! -CA

I am a 68 year old male who has been a patient of Dr. Brill for over 20 years. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of his treatment and service. He goes overboard to ensure everything is right. I was extremely farsighted, and getting the correct lenses could sometimes be a challenge. A few years ago I had a problem with my insurance. They used only one lab that could not make the lenses to Dr. Brill's specifications. After trying three times for them to get it right, Dr. Brill had my lenses made in-house to correct specifications at no charge. This is an example of the quality of service I have learned to expect from Dr. Brill. Recently he referred me for cataract surgery. He coordinated with the surgeon to ensure that my desired options were clearly communicated prior to surgery. The surgeon he referred me to was excellent. All in all you can't go wrong with Brill Eye Center. I recommend him highly. Steve D
