great

I have been using cristall opticians and the doctors for well over 15 years and they have taken excellent care of my eye needs. This last pair however, not so great. Have to fine toon the prescription but my eyes are getting tricky.

WARNING Do Not Go Here!! I got my eyes tested here. When I finally got my glasses they were HORRIBLE. I was literally dizzy. Ive got headaches from wearing them for no longer than 20 mins. I Would NOT recommend going here. They screwed up my glasses. If I can give 0 stars i would!

Awful my daughter had her eyes tested got the $200+ glasses and still could not see she wore the glasses for 1 day and the lenses popped out we called to complain and were told to wear them for two weeks to let her eyes adjust how? With no dam lenses in them phoned back again and they put her in for retest she forgot her broken glasses at home but had the second pair(sunglasses) they would not test her eyes without both pairs I mean why does the glasses have to be there for them to test her eyes? So stupid will NOT go back 😡

Really enjoyed my visit. Was made to feel extremely comfortable and was treated with friendly professionalism. Dr. Dressler is obviously an old hand and is diligent and kind. Thanks.

Horrible inconsistency! First I dropped off my daughter's glasses with a letter for repair request with 'Gabby', then after a week with NO response I called back and Gabby, who initially had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't find them for 2 days as she had lost them by incorrectly labelling them. THEN, I had to call back to inquire about my request and I was told by a different rep (Madison?) that the repair cost is $28. When my husband went to pay for this the very next day, Gabby told him it was $78 and when I called back she was doing the generic runaround of customer service with careless answering. As an individual who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, I am horrified by the lack of communication in this business and what seems to be inconsistent or improper training of employees. As a result of working in customer service I tend to have a high tolerance but these interactions with Gabby have sorely tested that threshold. Please train your new employees properly and ensure their customer service is, at the very least, adequate.

The most beautiful and friendliest staff today. Beautiful in a way of not being able to forget their faces for the rest of the day or weekend, if not for a long time. Thank you ladies
