100% DO NOT recommend this place. I currently don't wear glasses and haven't had an eye test for many years so I went in to book an appointment because it was nearby and they accepted my insurance. I was basically told that because I don't already have a prescription that the Dr didn't want to waste his time because I may not need to buy glasses. They then offered to give me a list of places that would give me an eye exam but I was so taken off guard I lied about catching a bus and ran out of there. They don't care about your eye health, only your money :(

horrible customer service. I dealt with Marcy and she couldnt be any less accomodating. Very rude and condescending

I use to enjoy getting my glasses from this place when I was a teenager when I believe their names are Bill an Pat use to work there. Now there is this rude, small, brunette, older lady in her late 40s I'd guess; she is rude and rushes you out. I've been going to them for 10 years and the way this woman is has caused me to go to Lens Crafters. I do not recall her name but she seems to be there often. Bo customer service. I give is 2 stars for the former employees who were amazing and friendly.

Good staff...attentive and friendly. Doctors are at this location: see - short waits. I got in next day to see doctor on a Saturday! Great downtown location; good transit, lots of nearby shopping malls and restaurants.

Bifocals had noticable line, lenses felt plastic, very poor quality
