I had my eye exams done here recently. They really have state-of-the-art eye testing equipment, unlike a lot of other places that I have been to earlier! The doctor spent 30 minutes examining my eyes and patiently addressed all my concerns. I had a hemorrhage in one of my eyes a few years ago, and I like to be a bit cautious with my exams. This is where I will be going for all my future eye exams.

If you want an optometrist that actually cares about you this is where you want to come. My previous optometrist was a very well know Optometrist in Toronto. I thought I was getting good service/treatment until I came here At my old place they would order 1 contact lens and let me try it and if I didn’t like it they would order one more. After that they said tuff luck, contact lenses can’t be perfect because you have astigmatism. So I was stuck with lenses that I didn’t really like. At this place the optometrist ordered like 8 different lenses for me to try free of charge. I was shocked!! They’re also really understanding with personal matters. The optometrist here won’t rush you out the door and will take all the time needed to help you find the right prescription. They are good people, highly recommend.

I received such excellent, professional and immediate emergency attention here that I will never go anywhere else for Optometry services. And the doctor and her associates are very welcoming and friendly in what is a state of the art facility. I had a serious concern with my eye that required immediate attention and Dr. Dhaliwal was extremely professional and accurate in diagnosing and resolving it for me. I had been referred to O&O by a walk in medical clinic I had visited after my (now former) optometrist would not see me for this emergency without a full eye exam. And they could not schedule me for at least two days, even though I was actually standing there in their office describing the pain and burning I was experiencing in my eye. Lucky for me I found O & O. Thank you.

The most thorough eye examination you will ever have experienced! Raman is not only highly trained, skilled and dedicated to her profession, she is also friendly reassuring and approachable. The exceptionally advanced equipment along with her comprehensive attention to detail ensures an examination unlike any you've experienced before. You will leave with confidence and safe in the knowledge that your eye health is very well looked after. The health of my two children is paramount to me and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for their health and care.
